Technical Specification:

• Door Leaf: GPSP sheet with zinc coating 120-180gm2 Lock formed 4.0 mm thick hinge reinforcing plates Hardware mounting plates and lock reinforcement plates.
• Door Frame: GDSP sheet with welded or knockdown constructions with 4.0mm thick hinge reinforcing plates fixing straps Hardware mounting plates and mortar guards.
• CCRE Materials: Mineral wool  honey comb
• Finish: Powder coated stainless steel.
• Colour: As per RAL

Fire Rated Door Specifications: :

• Test Standards: 3Hrs Flre rated Metal Doors are tested to BS 476 part part 22 and approved by CBRI Rookee Warrington Fire UK. Sarvattam Doors are also tested by underwriter lab US test to standard.
• Door Leaf: 44mm thick shutter sheet thickness is 1.6  1.8mm.
• Infill: Rockwool of high density.
• Finish: Doors is coated with pure polyester powder achieving a coating thickness 70-90micron.
• Ironmongery: All complete Ironmongery is of stainless steel from one of top brands. Fire Door Including provision standard 5.0mm.
• Vision Flre rated glass with 44 mm double skin shutter. GI sheet on both sides  It also includes Panic Bar SS d Type.
